This Chardonnay is a blend of fruit from cool and warm Australian vineyards – a complex wine balancing ripe fruit flavours such as melon with crisp cooler climate acidity of lime and citrus fruit. Oak ageing gives the wine a nice creamy texture. More information The cooler fruit is treated protectively, whilst the warmer fruit is treated more traditionally with some exposure to wood. The mix of American and French barrels further adds complexity and layers of flavour.
