Estate Bottled, appellation DO Valle Central of Chile. Bottled under natural cork. Non-mevushal. High quality Chilean wine at a reasonable price. Sol de Chile is elegant and robust. Its earthy aromas awaken your senses to hints of black currant and black cherry flavors. The wine reveals rich, mature tannins, good balance, and delivers a long, clean finish. Particularly pleasing with red meats, herb-seasoned dishes or aged cheeses.

Yellow straw color. Lychee, beeswax, and floral peach jam aromas. A round, supple entry leads to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body of ripe nectarine, wet sandalwood, and pistachio oil flavors with a crisp, yet round chalk accented fade. Nicely style for the table; serve with mild Asian cuisine or muenster cheese or a sipper.

Acacia Chardonnay Carneros shows elegant layers of citrus, apple and nectarine fruit character from grapes grown in the cool, wind-swept vineyards of the Los Carneros region. Complex honeycomb and crème brûlée nuances add interest to the fruity aromas and then persist through the flavors and lingering finish. Barrel fermentation and aging add notes of toasted hazelnut and weight to the palate. Our Chardonnay’s silky, expressive flavors pair beautifully with rich entrées, such as lobster bisque, sautéed chicken breast with white truffles, grilled scallops or fettuccini Alfredo.

A well-structured, complex, elegant, and velvety wine, with intense ruby red color. It has a warm and spicy bouquet, with aromas of raisins. This wine is traditionally consumed with game, roasted and grilled meats, casseroles, and well matured cheeses. Excellent with hearty dishes and perfectly suited for drinking with Asian and Middle-Eastern dishes. This wine can age for 20 years.

An interesting melange of currant, prune, flowers and hints of cardamom on the nose follow through to a full body, where the fruit turns to fresh black currant, coating the firm tannins and giving a long, fresh finish of fruit and mineral. Superfresh and well-structured.

It was aged for 15 months in new French and American oak. Opaque purple, it offers a sensational bouquet of pain grille, scorched earth, meat, game, blueberry, and black currants. This is followed by a surprisingly elegant yet powerful, structured wine with gobs of spicy fruit, ripe tannins, and a plush texture. The long, 60-second finish is succulent and sweet. Give this classy wine 4-6 years in the cellar and enjoy it through 2030. Hats off to Ben Glaetzer for producing an extraordinary portfolio! The renowned winemaker, Ben Glaetzer, sources all of his fruit for this label from the Ebenezer district in the northern Barossa.
