Los Carneros Pinot is a subtly complex masterpiece. The 2007 offers brooding, earthy aromas of dark cherry and forest floor, with a touch of spice. Flavors continue with ripe, black plum, hints of coffee and cocoa surrounded by a soft, velvety texture that ends in a fleshy, long finish.

Deep garnet in color with enticing aromas of dark cherry and black plum with a dark chocolate background and notes of sage and black tea. Appealing and complex. Elegant, well-structured mouthfeel, with cherries, rich chocolate, black pepper and vibrant plum flavors filling the palate. Very supple, with fine texture and firm structure, giving an immediately approachable richness. The finish is a seamless continuation of fruit and cocoa like tannins.

Deep red. Rich and complex layers of black cherry, cassis, plum and red fruit aromas. Hints of toasted oak and tobacco. Full and round with great balance. Deep, ripe black fruit characters with hints of vanilla and spice. A rich mouth feel with soft tannins and traces of toasted oak that lead to a long and velvety finish.

Red violet color, concentrated fruit and lingering vanilla finish. An ideal accompaniment to meat, pasta or cheese dishes.

Castle Rock Merlot is produced from grapes grown in the prestigious Napa Valley, where the climate and soil conditions provide an ideal environment for the cultivation of this popular varietal.

This elegant wine has a deep ruby color and velvety textures. The complex flavors of blackberries, cocoa, spice, with wood notes of sweet French oak along with hints of cedar, unite to form a long, smooth, harmonious finish.

In any season, Castle Rock Merlot will complement most cuisines. It is an especially pleasing accompaniment to pastas, grilled and roasted meats, as well as an assortment of cheeses.
