A peach and pear dominated fresh fruit punch combined with honeysuckle in bloom. The mouthfeel is juicy and round yet tart and round. The lime citrus comes through the fruit punch and joins with a gravelly minerality as the finish reaches for the stars.

The 2007 Brick Kiln is a beautiful, dry, medium-bodied, barrel-fermented Chardonnay. Flavors and aromas of pears and apples, brioche and toast, citrus and spice are awash in this long and satisfying white wine. Balanced alcohol and acidity provide the framework for a juicy, flavorful wine with a persistent finish. The wine is 100% Chardonnay that was raised in older French, Hungarian and Slovenian oak barrels for ten months. All the fruit was hand-picked from our Brick Kiln vineyard and was whole cluster-pressed, handled minimally and bottled by gravity. While this wine is a dynamite match for richer fish and shellfish dishes like scallops, lobster, salmon and char, it is just as comfortable with a roast chicken or some mushroom risotto. In a world awash in barrel-fermented Chardonnay we are confident that our 2007 Brick Kiln has the quality, character and flavor profile to put a smile on your face from ear to ear and leave you humming…yummy! Only 238 cases were produced.

The wines color is a brilliant deep red with purple hues. Gracefully rich, smooth and concentrated with aromas of lush blueberry and cassis, the fruit core is wrapped in complex vanilla, coffee, caramel, tobacco, and spice box nuances. The pure, dense fruit is accented with pretty violet, anise, and toasty oak notes while the supply sweet tannins endow the wine with voluptuous texture, all finishing in a long alluring aftertaste. Beautiful now, will age well through the decade. Best from 2007-2012.

This ruby-colored wine is rich in fruit aromas. It is made exclusively out of Gamay, a black grape with a white juice. The vine harvest is handmade according to a very strict selection of the ground provenances. The grapes are carried into open vats not exceeding 1.5 tons of grapes, in order to avoid crushing, and then poured into stainless-steel vats. The semi - carbonic vinification lasts for 8 days until the wine reaches 12,5° degrees of alcohol, all without neither pumping, nor bursting or picking off.

Castello Banfi Brunello di Montalcino is a wine of robust character. It possesses a rich garnet color, and a depth, complexity and opulence that is softened by an elegant, lingering aftertaste. Castello Banfi Brunello di Montalcino's regal qualities are best exhibited with game, red meats, roasts, hearty stews and rich powerful cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano.
