Appearance: Blackish plum in colour
Aroma: Ripe blackcurrants a plumy fruit. Soft ripe tannins balance toasty oak aromas and sweet fruit flavours.
Palate: Good structure with soft, clean finish.

Super rich and well focused, the nose of this Cabernet offers aromas of dark cherry, berry, dark plum, cinnamon, vanilla, toast and hints of caramel and forest floor spice. Things are just as sweet-natured and luxurious on the palate, where flavors of dark cherry, dried cherry, sweet red plum, mulberry, vanilla, toast, cedar, toffee and earth fan out in an opulent display.

Deep ruby purple in color with a sweet nose of black currants, licorice, earth, and some barrique smells, the wine shows impressive concentration as well as purity, moderately high tannin, and a structured style.

This wine exhibits a rich cabernet color and a beautiful bouquet of cherries and vanilla. the flavors are luscious plumand currant fruit with a linger finish.

The intense fruit aromas, where the red cherries stand out, are accompanied by some discrete hints of walnut. In the mouth this wine is fresh and showcases a lot of fruit, soft and medium bodied, yet intense flavors.

 A crimson red wine of a beautiful intensity and the shades of midnight blue alongside a violet degrade. A robe which has a beautiful visual concentration and has an equally lovely density of matter. This wine is shining and opaque. The colour here suggests power and depth.

This wine has lovely intense red color. The aroma shows good berry fruit characters and great complexity. This follows through to the palate with integrated oak, an intense palate, great length and firm tannins.

The wine’s palate has rounded out considerably since its summer 2006 bottling revealing notes of crushed rocks, cassis, graphite, tar and black raspberries. the finish has turned long and sweet with time in the bottle. Like any concentrated hillside wine, patience in the cellar or many hours in a decanter will reveal a more evolved wine.
