Armand de Brignac is marvelously complex and full-bodied, with a bouquet that is both fresh and lively. Its sumptuous, racy fruit character is perfectly integrated with the wine's subtle brioche accents. Its texture is deliciously creamy and the palate has great depth and impact with a long and silky finish. A superb and singular example of a Prestige Champagne.

The finest example of the famous pink Champage yet conceived, and is packaged in a brilliant pink-gold bottle with matching adornments. The Champage made exclusively from the Clos grapes has been recognized for unique characteristics that set it apart from the surrounding terroir.

This is a really impressive inexpensive red. The nose shows sweet, pure red berry and blackberry fruit. The palate is smooth and refined with accessible blackberry and blackcurrant fruit which flirts with jamminess but stays fresh and well defined

Dense red color. Sweet ripe flavors of wild cherries, black fruit, leather and vanilla. The wine is firmly structured yet elegant, with good tannic support and well-integrated oak notes, leaving an overall impression of harmony, balance and length.

The deep blue/purple-colored 2003 Syrah Alder Springs Vineyard Homage to Ed Olivera (90% Syrah and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon) exhibits a sensational perfume of mountain-grown black raspberries, blueberries, and flowers. The wine reveals wonderful structure and definition along with oodles of concentrated, sweet jammy fruit and abundant glycerin. This beauty should drink well for 10-12 years.

The inky/blue/purple-tinged 2002 Syrah Alder Springs Vineyard Homage to Ed Olivera reveals aromas and flavors of blackberries, blueberries, creosote, and acacia flowers. Heady, full-bodied, and viscous, with tremendous opulence as well as fleshy fruit, this mind-blowing Syrah may be even better than my numerical rating suggests. Already showy, I would opt for drinking it over the next 5-7 years.

Full, complex and spicy. Elegant scents of ripe fruit. Soft on the palate with round tannins.
Food pairing recommendations: Poultry first and foremost, followed by sea bass, striped bass, red snapper and grouper in the fish category. Can be enjoyed with baked ziti or eggplant parmigana. Would be excellent also with capellini with a tomato basil or puttanesca sauce.

|
Bouquet: Generous aroma of freshly picked cherries mingled with notes of sour cherry, vanilla and an agreeable trace of spiciness.
Taste: Dry, full bodied and amply structured. Cherries, red berries and a hint of vanilla lead into a dazzling finish that recalls walnuts and hazelnuts.

The color is deep red with very rich slightly sweet finish, that lasts a long time on the palate.

Grapes are harvested from the end of September. They are then hand-selected in the fruit warehouse, and stored in small boxes for extended drying (4 to 5 months). Water evaporation increases concentration of sugar and flavors
Vinification of the raisin-like grapes takes place from the end of January to the end of February (depending on the vintage). Maceration is very long (over 40 days) and after decanting twice, the wine is clear by May. At that time, 20% is poured into new wooden barriques and the rest in 4000-liter barrels for several years. Bottle fining for over 8 months
